Keep track of your sleep patterns with Sleep Journal

As we've mentioned this week during Fitness Month, sleep is an essential role of living a healthy life. Sleep Journal is a Windows Telephone app designed to log your sleep patterns that may help place areas for comeback.

The app does pigment things with a little bit of a broad brush every bit far as the amount of slumber you lot actually get only does have the journal feature where you tin note how restful your slumber was.

Slumber Journal has three main pages. The Terminal Night Page lists your sleep entry for the previous dark, the History Page lists the corporeality of sleep time for each night, and the Graph Page charts your sleep history over the past x days of sleep.  Settings are found under the three-dot card and allow you to prepare your goal for hours of sleep per night. The default setting is eight hours.

To enter your slumber tape, just hit the edit button at the bottom of the Last Night Folio. You'll have options to choose which appointment your entering for, your bed time and wake up times, and the general quality of the sleep (great, normal, poor).

Y'all also have a free class text block labeled Dream Journal where you can note anything that stood out about that night's sleep. It could be a dream, having to get up throughout the night, trouble falling asleep, night sweats, or anything that stood out about your sleep menstruation.

Sleep Journal is a simple, basic way to log your sleep patterns. It would exist nice if you lot could export the information for off line review. It would be overnice if at that place was a means to provide more authentic input... say tapping into Fitbit's sleep data... but every bit is, Sleep Periodical will become you in the ballpark to identify sleep patterns and any problems that may exist.
